Zoltán graduated from the Budapest University of Economics (Corvinus) in 1997 with a degree in management and leadership. Zoltán founded his first company in 1995 still as a university student. In the past quarter of a century participated in a number of acquisitions both as buyer and seller. He gained a diverse strategic, M&A and investment expertise with senior management decision-making background. Zoltán has more than 20 years of experience in portfolio management, finance, risk management and M&A transactions.

The total revenue of the companies transacted in frame of his portfolio exceeds $ 500 million. The combined profits of the managed and partially owned companies during this period amounts to $ 100 million.

For more than twenty-five years, he has been the manager of the proprietary NAVIGATOR Group, which as a customer primarily offers a solution to SMEs facing the challenges of generational change.

As an investor, he was a major shareholder in several Hungary-based medium and large companies and listed public companies. He has been involved in the crisis management and reorganisation of several Hungarian businesses, including KÉSZ Holding and Synergon Informatikai Nyrt, where he led the restructuring of companies facing structural and financial problems. As co-investor, he was involved in the creation of the Morando Venture Capital Fund and was a member of the Wallis Group until 2005.
