Miklós Dr. Bencze

Legal and Transaction Director

Miklós graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Janus Pannonius University of Pécs in 1993 and received his MBA degree from the Faculty of Economics in 2001. He has worked for 20 years in the transport sector (Malév, Hungarocontrol, Magyar Közút) – more than a decade as a senior manager. In 2000 he founded his management consulting company, focusing on the efficiency improvement of the Hungarian SME sector. In addition to corporate, strategic and operational management, he has more than 35 years of experience in the preparation and execution of investment transactions.

As a director and deputy CEO of companies employing thousands of people, he was responsible for areas such as administration, legal, HR, IT, international, industry, government and shareholder relations, strategy, subsidiaries, communications, spokesperson, quality assurance, environment, safety, organisational development and flagship projects.

His corporate and SME management, advisory and transaction experiences help the success of NAVIGATOR and its customers.

As a consultant, he has managed projects in strategy, organisational development, sales and marketing, communications, financial controlling, efficiency improvement, IT development, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions.

He taught law in English for two years at the Budapest School of Economics, Faculty of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism, Department of International Hospitality Management.

He participated as an expert in the EU accession negotiating delegation of the Republic of Hungary.
